Surveyor / Career Changer (m/f/d) for 3D Laser Scanning
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team at the Hofstetten location and support us in collecting and processing inventory data – ideally someone from a different field with a technical interest.

About 3DScan Solutions
3DScan Solutions GmbH specializes in the digital recording of industrial plants, buildings, and infrastructure using 3D laser scanning. We convert the actual inventory into point clouds, CAD plans, and BIM models, operating throughout Germany and Europe – from Hofstetten, in close collaboration with our BIM department in Istanbul.
Your tasks
- Conducting 3D laser scanning directly at our customers' locations.
- Processing and registration of the captured point cloud data
- Coordination and project support with our BIM department in Istanbul
- Deployment and maintenance of our mobile laser scanning systems in the field
Your profile
- Willingness to travel for projects at home and abroad
- Driving license class B
- Ideally, experience in handling laser scanners from Riegl, Trimble or NavVis.
- Knowledge of point cloud registration with Trimble RealWorks and/or NavVis IVION is an advantage.
- Experience in using total stations to create georeferenced polygons and in coordinate systems is desirable.
- Good English skills are an advantage (coordination with our BIM department in Istanbul)
- Independent, meticulous work ethic and teamwork skills
