3D laser scanning for property owners, planners and real estate management

Inventory of commercial real estate

We record buildings, rental spaces, technical areas, and building envelopes to create a reliable digital inventory. You receive up-to-date data for renovation, leasing, space management, refurbishment, and operation.

Recording during operation2D, CAD, BIM and point cloud dataAvailable throughout Germany

Transparent building stock

Up-to-date data instead of outdated inventory plans

The inventory survey transforms the actual condition of your commercial property into a digitally usable basis for planning and documentation.

Floor plans, areas, and technical installations change over the course of a building's lifespan. 3D laser scanning captures rooms, building edges, columns, openings, and visible technical equipment in their entirety. This ensures that owners, asset managers, planners, and contractors all work with the same up-to-date data.

The scope of the output depends on your task.Different details are required for rental planning than for building services engineering (TGA) renovation, CAFM, or a BIM model.

Typical starting situations

When digital inventory management makes sense

Whether it's renovation, rental or management – a digital inventory provides the necessary planning basis.

01

Conversion and repurposing

Document rooms, construction and fixtures reliably before planning and tendering.

02

Rental and spaces

Prepare floor plans and areas transparently for exposés, tenant fit-out and portfolio management.

03

Renovation and building services

Coordinate existing plans for energy-related, structural and technical measures.

04

CAFM and documentation

Create uniform digital data for operation, maintenance and documentation requirements.

Spatial mapping of building structure, rental areas, technology and relevant outdoor areas

Scope of recording

What information is recorded?

Scan areas, accuracy and detail are defined to suit the intended use and project goal.

  • Rooms, corridors and access
  • Walls, supports and openings
  • Floor heights and ceilings
  • Visible building services and fixtures
  • Facades and roof areas
  • Outdoor areas and access points

Frequently asked questions

Questions regarding the inventory of commercial real estate

Which commercial properties can be included?

Our portfolio includes, among other things, office buildings, retail spaces, logistics and forwarding halls, car dealerships, hotels, restaurants, production facilities and mixed-use commercial properties.

Can the recording take place during ongoing operations?

Yes. Scan areas, time windows, and routes are coordinated with operations, tenants, and security. Mobile and terrestrial methods can be combined depending on usage.

Which data is suitable for conversion and rental?

Depending on the objective, we deliver point clouds, 2D floor plans, sections, views, area analyses as well as CAD or BIM models for planning, leasing and inventory management.

Are areas compliant with DIN 277 or rental areas possible?

Yes. Calculation rules, usage types, and boundaries are defined in advance. Based on this, we create comprehensible plans and area analyses.

Can existing data be transferred to CAFM or BIM?

Yes. We coordinate the model structure, attributes, and exchange formats with the target system. This allows the data to be used for operation, maintenance, and further planning.

How is a quote calculated?

Relevant factors include building type, area, number of floors, accessibility, desired accuracy, and output formats. After a brief project consultation, you will receive a transparent scope of services.

Project request

Which commercial property would you like to register?

Please describe the object, its use, location, and desired results in detail. A project manager will review your information and contact you personally.

This information helps us with our initial assessment:

  • Planning objective and relevant recording areas
